Hi - thanks for your support! I am now 19 months post-op, and while I'm not exactly "melting away," I still am losing weight. It's been a slow process, and I've now lost a total of 52 lbs, which is just about 50% of my excess weight. I went through some long plateaus, and I've struggled with reflux and over-tightness. I've had about 6 adjustments, two of which were UNfills to loosen the band! Still no regrets, but there is a need for more up-front education and post-surgery support from the surgeon. It would have been to have had the surgery in the U.S. and have the surgeon as a source of support and very close by. I still have to travel about 180 miles just to get to a surgeon who can do the adjustments! -Yvonne
