It feel so good to be back after a whole year...hello everyone! WOW i started of at 278 lbs and now 2 years later im weighing now 155...i had my good times and my bads but i thank those who been there for me since day 1 till this date, had a lot of support through my journey and it was worth it!! Hey friends long time, i hope everyone is doing well. I know its been months since i been in here, but since last i been doing good. Last time i logged in here i was still weighing in my 2hundreds but today this date  4-14-2010 i now weigh 160 pounds and feeling great even though i still have them days that i still feel like the old me but thats just mentally so i dont really stress it that much. HELLO AGAIN FRIENDS, IM BACK WITH MORE INFO, I HAD MY VISIT WITH  THE DOCTOR TODAY I GOT WEIGHED AND RIGHT NOW IM AT 233 POUNDS AND STILL COUNTING, THE DOCTOR TOLD ME THAT I COULD START EATING ALREADY I WAS HAPPY WHEN HE SAID THAT. IM ABLE TO EAT SCRAMBLE EGGS NOW TUNA FISH AND OTHER THINGS. ILL BE BACK WITH MORE BUT IM NOT SURE WHEN, OK FRIENDS GOOD LUCK AND REMEMBER YOU HAVE A FRIEND HERE IF YOU GUYS NEED SOMEONE TO TALK TO.

HELLO EVERYONE IM BACK, TODAY WAS MY ONE WEEK CHECK-UP WITH THE DOCTOR TO SEE HOW I WAS DOING HE REMOVED THE DRAIN THAT I HAD ON MY LEFT SIDE AND YES IT HURTED BUT IT WAS WORTH IT, WHEN I GOT WEIGHED THE SCALE READ 248 LBS. I WAS SO HAPPY, SO FAR ALL TOGETHER I LOST 30 POUNDS, OH MY GOD IM AM SO HAPPY.
NEXT WEEK IS MY NEXT APPOINTMENT LETS SEE, K GUYS THIS IS IT ILL COME BACK WITH MORE!!!!!

HELLO EVERYONE, IM BACK LIKE I SAID I WAS GOING TO, I HAD THE SURGERY DONE ON TUESDAY ITS PRETTY PAINFUL, BUT ITS WORTH IT, IM STILL IN A LITTLE PAIN BUT THE MEDICINES ARE HELPING ALL I WANT TO DO IS SLEEP ALL DAY, I DONT KNOW HOW MUCH I WEIGH NOW BUT I HAVE MY FIRST APPPOINTMENT ALREADY NEXT WEEK LETS SEE HOW EVERYTHING GOES, BE BACK FOR MORE UPDATES.

on monday may 18th i had my appointment with my surgeon, when i got weighed for the last time before surgery next week the scale said 257 and counting, i am so happy that i lost all that weight with the shakes that im drinking. I have a few days left before my surgery to relax and enjoy the weather even though im still going to enjoy the weatther after i come out the hospital. I will still keep you all postd with everything.

ON THURSDAY I WENT TO MY APPOINTMENT  TO PICK UP THE SHAKES FOR WEEK 2 WHEN SHE WEIGH ME I WAS 262 FROM 268 THAT I WAS WEIGHING A WEEK BEFORE, I AM SO HAPPY THAT IM LOSING THE WEIGHT, IM  STILL LOOKING FORWARD THE SURGERY.

Hello once again friends, here to update you guys a little. As you all know im having surgery on the 26th of may, from the last time that i told you guys that i lost some weight i ended up gaining it back and i was so frustrated that i  wanted to cry when my dietician weigh me and i seen the scale saying 278 lbs. from not being able to excercise the way that i want to and supposed to to help myself lose the weight, But i'm glad to inform you all that i ended losing the pounds again and now i weigh 268lbs and that was when i went to my appointment last week  to see my dietician, i cant imagine how much i weigh now because i been feeling kinda light lately and i feel happy. Today is my appointment with my surgeon and the dietician, most likely i know im going to get weighed  again and i hope i did lose a little more. Today im going to pick up my second week worth of shakes, im so excited, I was told that the first 2 days were going to be the most difficult but for me it was different the 3rd day was difficult for me, but i learned to deal with it , i noticed that by not leaving the house while drinking the shakes is a good help because at home there is not as much temptation for food as there is in the outdoors, I'm looking foward for the surgery because i have faith in myself and im know that im going to do great.

Hello everyone, just a quick review of me. I'm a 28 year old mother of 2 beautiful girls, 7 and 2 years old, I been struggling with my weight for almost all my life now, i lose it then i regain it again, right now i weigh 270 lbs. and i'm 5'7 tall, i always had the thought of going through weight loss surgery but never really had the guts to really  go through it until now. My health right now limits me to do alot of things including not being able to play with my girls,take them to the park, or go for a walk with them with out having to complain of  pain. But i'm glad to inform you guys that i finally made the move and now im scheduled for the weight loss surgery on may 26th 2009. I am so happy because now i could live a normal life and have fun with my family. I will start the shakes on may 10th 2009, which is 2 weeks before surgery, i am anxious for the day to be here, im looking forward to it. I will keep you guys updated with more info about the surgery and myself.
