So far so good

Well here it is July 4th and I feel very good so far I have dropped from 470 day of surgery May 27th to 374 this morning . I feel great and cant wait for mor . the only thing is I have dieted and failed so many times I am worried that this will not be permant that I will hit the wall and start gaining . Is this normal does anyone esls worry about this ? Please help it is really worring me. Happy 4th to all John
