Well i had my surgery on monday 1/4/10 and everything went very well! Now im home and im confused more then anything in my life! I never know if im doing this all right, i mean taking in enough or taking in to much! Ill get it though its gonna take sometime!!

Well i have 4 days til my surgery and im a little overwhelmed.... My biggest worry is that i dont know enough about the intake of food after surgery. Im afraid of not getting enough protein and losing my hair is all i think about. I just had my appointment yesterday for my last weigh-in. Ive been doing great losing what i need to. But this liquid diet is for the birds! Its the worse. you cant tell the people around you to stop eating. all you can do is sit an smell. This is my 4th day of liquids and im really not even hungry. But the smell of food gets my tummy rumbling! lol
