Well, I know the answer,  denied!!!! Lack for of or no proof of supervised diet.  I have submitted all the paper work but, when you are working with a pcp who for some reason can't  fill out paper work correctly it's really jack you up.  Call her and told her I need the paperwork of my supervised died in writing for the last 6 months and, you should have seen what she faxed me over.  A sheet of paper with just my weight on it from the last 6 months was all she had on it.   How in the world can I submit this to my insurance company.   They will reject that with out question.  I've decided to take action for myself and decided to do the 3 months supervised diet while I appeal their decision.  I know it will help my in the long run both physcially and mentally.

OK..... This is becoming very stressful, frustrating and I am on pins and needles.  The wait from my insurance company is taking too long!!  My paperwork was submitted to my insurance company about tow weeks ago and I have not heard anything from them.  So today, I decided to give them a call.  At first she told me the paper work was not there and when was it submitted?  I told her it was submitted several weeks ago.  She finally looked somewhere else and found it.  She informed me that it was pending.  Pending what does that mean and how long will it take me to get the answer I am looking for?  She mention to me about the paperwork was submitted on May 15 and I told her how could that be when it’s only May 9^th.  Anyway, I really don’t mean to vent but, I need to here approve fast.  I have been going through this process since December.  I want my surgery date.  I need this surgery now. I just can’t take being this was any longer?  Every day is getting harder and harder.  They did tell me about two weeks but they had my paper work that long.  Just literally sick of being fat and don’t know what to do.

Finally my paperwork was submitted to my insurance company today I’m so happy! Now the waiting game begins for my approval……Everybody, when you are saying your prays tonight, say a little one for me for a speedy approval.
