My surgery

I had gastric bypass on 1/20/09. All seemed well and I appeared to be on my road to recovery. On 1/24/09 I had a pain in my abdomen that wouldn't let me sit or stand.  I went to the emergency room and the doctors immediately started working.  Basically there was a microscopic hole in my stomach and toxins were getting into my system.  They put me to sleep and flooded my body with water for a week.  They then started draining for a week.  I finally woke up sometime on the 2nd week in ICU.  I then spent another week in the Weight Loss surgery wing.  I was finally sent home this past Friday.  Unfortunately I got cut open pretty good while they were looking for the leak.  So rehab sucks, No matter where I go I am uncomfortable, and I am going to be connected to tubes for 6 weeks at home.  I'm bored out of my mind most of the time and I can't sleep at night.
