Frusterated

So i saw my dr almost a week ago. Found out i have the flu and was told per her orders not to excercise for 2 weeks while i recover from the flu. i hesitated doing my weekly weigh in at home today. I have gained .7 lbs. All though its under 1 lb im still frusterated i want to get up and excercise!!! GRRRR!!!
