I guess my story is not much different from many others who share this journey. I have pretty much been over-weight my whole life. Not obese when I was younger that didn't occur till after the birth of my children. And has each of us know life goes on and so did the weight. I am currently waiting for approval from my insurance. I am doing a 6 month dr. supervised diet plan. I am two moths into it and have lost 21 pounds. I am currently a special education assistant adn off work during the summer. This is when I seem to struggle the most. I have started walking, which is one more step tht I took last summer.
