Walk 1 mile almost everyday until I can do it in 15 minutes. Then start 2 miles.

Slow Weight Loss? - I jsut had surgery 7-23-12. The last two weeks I have not lost any weight. Any one else have this problem after adding the protein shakes. I am not over eating.
