well today is my 46th birthday. I got up this morning and did something 1 year ago  i would never have even contemplating doing.  I WENT TO THE GYM AND WORKED OUT. I also walked on the trademill for 60 mins = 1 WHOLE HOUR!!
That in itself is a tremendous accomplishment for me. I was the only person there and shouted it out loud. YEAH!!
I am grateful  I have the energy and strength and be on the losers bench.
