I had RNY in 2003. I lost 170lbs., and kept it off for about eight years. Two years ago, I became very ill from problems not related to the surgery. I gained 65lbs. I now experience early and late dumping almost daily, and am having problems functioning due to it. Today, I had tuna on wheat bread, and became ill, so it happens even if I eat well. After I had the surgery, I stopped dumping about one year post-op. I was able to eat almost anything after this until two years ago.  Am I dumping because of the weight gain? The late dumping often makes me very ill. Anyone else have this problem?
