Well, I have finally been inclined to comment on my journey thus far. I have been on this trip for 5 months now and this is not what I anticipated. In my opinion the weight loss has been extremely slow and difficult to attain. Even though I would say I am right on track with my goal of 10 pounds a month, I will be very surprised if I loose anything this month and that is when the challenge to remain positive will happen. 

They always tell you this isn't a cure-all but for some reason your mind does not really com[rehend that. I can't say I have followed all the rules. Infact I went on vacation during this time and actually did better than when I am at home. My problem is that I can eat anything, anytime so I really have to be "ON" and vigilant at all times. I hope I can hold on to the gains I have made but I am really nervous.
