Well, my journey is about to begin. (not that up til now hasn't been a journey)
I have exactly one week from today before my surgery. This has been a long awaited step for me. Part of me is excited that day is finally approaching, and then again I'm starting to get nervous. Just with the surgery itself and the hospital stay. After I come, I know I'll be fine and on my way to healther, newer me.
