It's been so long since I've been on and so much in life has changed. Rather than fill in all the details lets just say I am alive this are as good as they can be and I live each day as if it's my last with no regrets!

Hey hey hey to all... I figured I would post an update.. Things have been going very well.. I have put on a couple of pounds since my gallbladder surgery I belive ten pounds but now that my body is finally going back to normal there comming off again slowly.. And I'm okay with that one pund at a time.. My goal is to be in a size six for my sisters wedding in september I can really say how many pounds that is maybe like 15 or 20.. Im sure I can do it.. Well hope everyone of my friends are doing good!!

Life has been great other then my short brush with death... No I am not exaggerating I was back and forth to the ER rite before thanksgiving with excruciating stomach pain I thought it was my band and maybe food getting stuck but it hurt rite were my port was so I had the Dr. drain the band but three days later I was back in the ER. Turns out it was my Gallbladder I had stones the size of Marbles... OMG so needless to say 3hrs later I was in the operating room... But something about this routine sugary did not go so routinely.. I ended up hemeraging and bleeding internally causing really bad hematomas on my entire right side of my stomach and I spent seven nights in the hospital and had to have four blood transfusions because my blood level was so dangerously low. But after eating my turkey dinner in the hospital and the special attention from Nurse My Wife I made it threw and I live to see another day God willing...
I lost a few pounds while in the hospital I wonder how much does a gallbladder weigh..lol But I put them rite back on once i felt better and I have no restriction now I am at 161.5 I have an appointment to see the fairy fill doctor on Thursday now that all of the bruising is gone maybe he will give me back some fill... I'll keep ya posted on that...

Weird thing thou I havent had a fill in a while and it seems like my band is extra tight... I cant seem to get certine meats to pass the band... I can't eat Chicken, Pork, Most Beefs WTF seems like my band wants me to be a vegitarian I try to eat enough fruits and veggies to get my vitamines in I can get the bad things to stay down no problem like the Mac n Cheese and Mashed Potatos lol.... Oh yeah and i still live off of soggy cereal ha ha...
Well I keep everyone who reads this posted with anything that happens as often as I can

I had my sisters new fiance make me up a new workout routine he is a health specialist he says that it should help change things up and get me outta this rut Im in...

I LOST 50LBS..... Yes thats no typo I lost 50lbs i am now 178lbs I can not belive it but all of my hard work is paying off....

I have been so busy I had my sister visit from florida and alot of other things.. Well goon news first I', down to 187lbs and looking great in my size 12 jeans yes i said it size 12 there a bit tight but sexy.... lol
I am so happy with everything now my life my weight loss... I posted new pix check them out!!!
