Today I woke with a sense of urgency. I know that if I don't take charge of my health I will fall into the abyss that I am so terrified of. So while I got time "let's do this!!"
Today I am going shopping, only today I refuse to shop while hungry. I will buy nothing with sugar. I took the time yesterday to itemize a list and redo my favorite recipes to include Splenda instead of sugar. And I will park a mile away from the door instead of the closest park. Most importantly I will say a prayer not only for safe travels on the highway but ask my Father to guide my mind in decision making on what I do and eat today.

Feeling like I can do this!
