Hi everyone! I am sure Joy appreciates all of your thoughts and prayers. I was at the hospital with her before surgery and she was doing ok - nervous, but nothing a nice little dose of Versed can't help! Dr Coates (wonderful man) said she did just fine! Today, she was looking great...she was just trying to get some fluids down. She said nausea has been at a minimum and mostly yesterday (20th) after surgery. She has been getting up to walk about every 1 1/2 hours. Keep her in your thoughts and prayers as she recovers! Donna

Good luck with your upcoming surgery! I just know that you'll be fine! Just remember to walk walk walk and sip sip sip! Also, take some pictures and measurements before you go into surgery...they will be great things to compare to later as you shrink! CONGRATS!! ~~Kristy~~
