Dr. H made me feel very comfortable. He answered all my questions and has referred me to the cardiac dept and a psych (both are required by my insurance.) His staff is very friendly and made me feel at ease. I was impressed at all the information they had gathered from my insurance company prior to my visit. This way we both know exactly what needs to be done to get approval. It seems to be going alot smoother and more quickly than I had imagined. "
