Wow I had my 3 month check up I was 410 when i started the program and now Im 279 i went from a size 48inch to a 40 inch waist. Dr said my viatmin D was low so trying to work on that. I cant waiy to see 3 more months to see where I might be as i take this new journey.     

I tell you when I came out the hosiptal I was doing fine I got out the hosiptal about 9:00pm I went Home and went to bed woke up and was fine I took a nap and woke up! !! I was in pain from so much nausea I Thought I was not going to make it. I thought about all the warriors before me  and said I could do this. It was rough I thought I was going to loose my mind!!! Today is a new day i feel sore but not as bad as yesterday swelling has went down some trying to take some sips of liquid protein its is terriable.Iam not a person who likes to lay in the bed I want to get out but to scared dont know what to expect. Can anybody help a brother out???? I just want to feel better.  

Hi OH family I went to see Dr  so far so good  I loss 25lbs since january of 2009. My surgery is 04-20-09 being doing semi liquid diet will go full throttle monday any advice Iam all ears.

WEll I got a call today April 20,2009 is my surgery day couple of months away any advice for me anybody.

Well I"m approved any info that anyone can give is greatly appreciated. My journey is starting in the write direction
