it is official I am now 197lbs with clothes I have come a long way and I want to thank many people first of all  GOD and I would also like to thank  Me for going thru with the surgery and sticking to it so I can live a longer life with my children , Second of all my Surgeon he was awsome and without his good work I would not be were I am today . and then my family for loving me when I was big and loving me now. and my family and of course all of you for you loving and caring sapport. I did it and this is only the start I have more to go. I walk anywhere from 5 to 10 miles a day and work out and feel so much better about myself and life. Thanks again to everyone I love you all.

I weighed today and have lost 125lbs. I now weigh 257lbs. feeling great lots and lots of energy.

TODAY IT IS OFFICIAL I HAVE NOW LOST EXACTLY 100 LBS I AM SO EXCITED IT FELT LIKE FOREVER TO LOOSE THAT 2 LBS TO GET TO 100LBS LOST. BUT I DID IT. MY OFFICIAL WEIGHT NOW IS 282 LBS ALOT BETTER THEN 382 LBS.MY BMI IS NOW 49.9 FROM 67.1 THAT MEANS I AM OFFICIALY EXTREMLY OBESE NOT SUPER OBESE ANYMORE I HAVE JUST MADE ALOT TODAY I AM SO EXCITED I HAVE COME ALONG WAY AND I THANK GOD FOR EVERYTHING FOR WITHOUT HIM I WOULD HAVE NOTHING. I FEEL SO MUCH BETTER  AND  I CAN DO SO MUCH MORE NOW, PLAYING WITH MY CHILDREN, GOING SHOPPING FOR CHRISTMAS AND JUST FEEL BETTER ALL TOGETHER. HOPE ALL IS WELL WITH MY FRIENDS AND YALL KEEP IN TOUCH NOW.

Well 3 monthes out and I am officialy down 58lbs. Im getting around alot better and am actually able to do more things with my kids went to the fair and actually walked for 6 hrs. well considering I had to sit down a couple times for a couple minutes try 5 1/2 hrs. but it was so much fun and Im a little sore but actually feel kinda good.cant wait till I can do more with my children and not be sore. well I'll keep you updated and god bless everyone.

My current weight is 338lbs which means I have lost a total of 44lbs, Im getting my energy back and starting to walk twice a day. well ill keep ya posted.

Well It's my 2 week aniversary and I am now at 353, I was 382 so I am now down 29lbs. still having some pain but doing the best I can. Will keep you posted.
