Day 4 of Preop diet

 Days 1-3 were not bad for me on the pre-op diet but now that i am finishing up day 4 I am starving.

I broke down and cried earlier when I was drinking a protein shake at dinner and my family were having steak and perogies.  I ended up having to leave the room to finish my shake because I was so close to going and getting some of their dinner for myself.  I am proud of myself though I managed to make it through that hurdle and now I only have 3 more days before I go in for surgery.

I just have to keep reminding myself of the big goal here and the reasons that I am doing this.
