Fear of Final Weigh in

Hello Everyone, I am new to this forum. I just wanted to introduce my self. My name is Jamie and I can two months away from my final weigh in pre-surgery. I have decided on getting the gastric bypass because of silent reflux. 

At this point I've been cruzing along. I have everything done that is needed besides my last two weigh in. I am kinda panicing now because of course weighing my self at home, I've significant progress but for me to go to my PCP's office to get weign in and get taken a back.  I'm worrying my final weigh in will not be what I want.
