Tricare Question

Has anybody tried to get lap band covered by Tricare?  I have faced an issue in that my BMI qualifies me for the surgery but I am not 100 pounds over my ideal body weight.  I tried about a year and a half ago and was turned down for that reason.  I am (at the recommendation of my PCP) trying to get it through once again.  Has anybody else faced that problem?  Did it work out?
