I had the Roux en Y proceedure at Barix in December of 2006. My journey hasn't always been smooth, I have gone off course more than once. Currently I am the healthiest and fittest that I have ever been. If I waiver at all the weight comes on...simple as that. If I eat healthy and stick to my exercise I do and feel great.
