I've been overweight as long as I can remember. I have decided to start the journey into weight loss because I want to give myself something that I have been denied for so long because of my health issues and food addictions, and that is LIFE. I have a wonderful family that I want to watch grow and friends that I cannot live without.
What made me make this decision besides the thing I cherish most in my life, was a close friend that was living the same lifestyle as myself had to have a triple bypass at the age of 34. It made me take a step back and say to myself that is going to be me very soon if I dont stop now.
I hope to become a healthier, happier person soon once I am able to complete this procedure. I'm looking forward to do the things that have held me back for so long and experience what it truly means to live life to the fullest.
