"Dr Sunby is very technically qualified. Her shoots straight and doesn't mince words or camoflage his statements. I prefer my PCP's bedside manner but I think they are differently trained doctors and I don't want a surgeon to be so tactful. Tell it to me straight! This however does take some getting used to. His nurse Judy is great, and the people at the bariatric program all seem excellent. Dr. Sunby took care of me in ways I hadn't even thought about - my band placement, my port placement and how these were both structured. Aftercare is very much emphasized. I haven't had a fill yet but do have an appointment scheduled for 5 weeks after the surgery. At this point I'm not sure I need one. We'll see what next week brings. Overall I am very pleased with my selection of Dr. Sunby. "
