I am 29 years old and have struggled with weight my entire life. My son who just turned 2 is now picking up my bad habits, and I need to stop the cycle now. I am pre-diabetic, borderline BP, and have a thyroid condition. My insurance approved me to have RYN with Dr Smith in Park Rapids MN and Nov 4th is my surgery date. I have been practicing some of the new skills and habits for the past couple of months, but now as the time gets closer, I am getting more nervous as I want to be able to work this tool that God is giving me, to better my life, and prolong it.
