I'm Jen. I live in South Florida with my young, Autistic son, Odin. I found this website, thanks to my girl, Amy Lou (Love u Doll face) I am 5'7 and just under 300 pounds. I was also just diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes a couple months ago, I have been on diet after diet, trying to lose weight for my health. It was never about how others saw me. I just want to be healthy & live for my self and my child who needs me. I hope to learn more about wieght loss surgery, options & to meet others on here who understand what I am, who I am & how I feel. I know I will never be a size zero & I have long since accepted that, but I am sick of being looked at as the fat girl and not the Awesome, Rockin' Chic that I am inside :o) I am tired of being "just a friend" or any other BS phrase like that. I am a person and given the chance, would make ANY guy happy! But alas, I live in a world where no matter how cool, sweet, polite, nice or whatever- being fat in unacceptable. It makes me sick! I like me & I like to eat too!! I LIKE ME!!! (But I also want to be healthy, which is the reason for my desperate need for weight loss.)
I'm a 33 year old Virgo. I have my own Pet Sitting Business. I love to go to shows with friends & have a great time. I LOVE music! (Punk, Oi, Ska, Reggae, Rockabilly, Psychobilly, New Wave, Classic Rock, Johnny Cash, The Pogues and all that other fun stuff.) I am a Wiccan (though I don't practice as often as I should, Goddess forgive me.) I love singing, traveling, swap-botting, collecting postcards of all types, from all over the world, Hello Kitty and Fairies. I love to garden, bake and play video games too. I also LOVE to read. Some of my FAV authors are: Piers Anthony (The Xanth novels are super amazing), JRR Tolkien, George Orwell, Edgar Allen Poe, JK Rowling (Yes, I am a HUGE Harry Potter fan & I am proud), Stephanie Meyer (Not only the Twilight series, but The Host was an awesome book), Angie Sage (the Septimus Heap books are fun)-So mostly I love Fantasy. Anything Mythological is great by me. I love me some fairies & dragons :o)
Anyways- I think I described myself pretty well, if I think of anything more, I will update :o)
