I am 9 months out and down 123 pounds. I am loving life and my new body.

I am 4 months out and under 200 pounds! Yipee!! I am down 68 pounds from surgery and 98 pounds all together. I feel great!

Well it has been a little over 3 months since my surgery and my weight is down 56 pounds since the surgery and 86 pounds since the beginning of my journey. I feel like a entirely different person! I actually ran part of my walk the other day this is the walk that almost killed me everyday when I first started losing my 10%. This surgery has been one of the best things that I have ever done for myself.

Well it got postponed once again to7/2.

Well my surgery was on 6/20 but it got post poned until 6/25. Pretty soon I will be on the loser bench with all of you!

I am going to be having my surgery on 6/20. I still haven't heard if the insurance company has approved the surgery. I am getting really nervous about going under the knife. But on the other hand I am really excited. My preop testing is on Thursday 6/14.

I had my appointment with both Dr. Etu ( who was great) and Dr. Braverman-Panza (who was also great) I am pretty healthy and just need to get blood work done and as longs as that comes back okay I won't need any other tests done. I am down 10 pounds and I have 19 to go to get my 10%. My next appointment is a weigh in with the nutritionist in Feb.

I have an appointment with Dr. Etu in Glens Falls for my psych eval. and am on a waiting list for an appointment with Dr. Braverman-Panza. Hopefully her office calls soon!

Attended the informational seminar and had a brief physical with the rn and learned some interesting things from the nutritionist. Now I need to make an appointment with a Clinical nutritionist and get a psych evaluation.

Attended the first educational seminar at Albany Med. I was really excited about this surgery before the seminar and now I am even more excited. I can't wait to get the journey started!! - Got the call about my first appointment for the informational seminar with the rn and nutritionist. It is scheduled for 1/3.
