HI JENNI, I'M PRE-OP AND HAVE BEEN SMOKE- FREE FOR (5) YEARS!! HARDEST THING I'VE EVER DONE!!!! YOU CAN DO THIS!!! YOU WILL DO THIS!!! YOU WILL FEEL SOOOOOOOO MUCH BETTER!!!! YOU WILL WONDER HOW YOU EVER COULD HAVE BEEN A SMOKER!! MY DOCTOR TOLD ME I WOULD BE PUSHING AN OXIGEN TANK. I DECIDE THEN AND THERE I'M NOT DOING THAT! I HAVEN'T SMOKED SINCE NOT EVEN A BUTT! I WAS MAD AT THE WORLD!!!! STAY BUSY, HAVE SUGAR-FREE ANYTHING AROUND, DON'T TAKE ANY CHANCES. KEEP TELLING YOURSELF " I WILL DO THIS" YOU ARE MORE IMPORTANT THAN THOSE CIGS! THEY ARE EVIL WITH THE DEVIL AND DON'T WANT YOU TO SUCCEED!!!! GOD DOES! THE BEST THING I DID WAS SLOW DEEP BREATHING EVERY TIME I WANTED A CIG!! GOT DIZZY SOMETIMES BUT IT REALLY HELPED!!!
