"My first impression of Dr. Dort was that he was a very compationate person who seemed to truly care about what he is doing. Although, always having a third party to deal with when problems or questions occured, I did usually get the answer I was looking for. I sometimes feel however that when questions arise rn(and they have) I have been forgotton or feel as though my persistance in wanting answers is bothersome. Almost 2 years post op I was hospitalized for 7 days with severe pain in my shoulder and chest. He had promised he would help to find out what was happening but I never heard from him again. Since I have self diagnosed myself and went to my primary for confirmation and sure enough I have a serious lack of d-3 which is what I suspected after many hours of research. I have since called his office in need of answers to resolve this problem since my primary Doc does not know and he(Dr. Dort) would now, after 6 months of suffering with cronic and disabling pain and a surgery later , would like too see me. We will see what happens next..."
