"Dr. Brandon is a well-respected doctor in Manchester, and there's a reason for that. My experience with him is that he is caring, compassionate, and well-educated. He's also extremely busy (with a reputation like that you know why). His nurse practitioner, Donna (sorry I can't remember her last name right now) is also top-notch. She is knowledgeable and caring, and I have no qualms about seeing her instead of the doctor."
"I've been seeing Dr. Mathis for two years now to address issues of anxiety and depression. We kept coming back to the fact that many of my issues are intertwined with my weight and my perception of how the world sees me. When I first talked to Dr. Mathis about having WLS surgery he was very open to hearing about my reasons for wanting surgery. He has helped me tremendously and I always have felt it was my decision to make; he is there to help me understand my reasons for having the surgery. I continue to see Dr. Mathis to help me during the adjustment phase of going from morbidly obese to obese to overweight to (I hope)average weight."
"I want to say that my average rating on parking was simply due to construction at the hospital. In case you haven't figured it out yet, I'm sold. Crestwood is a smaller hospital and I think that makes a difference. I had a private room and my mother was allowed to stay all night. The staff even brought her in a more comfortable chair to rest in. What more could you ask for?"
"I met Dr. Facundus on February 13th. He's knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He has an excellent success rate and has performed over 1,000 of these surgeries. I didn't see him again until the day after surgery, but I did see his assistant, Dr. Foreman, on March 17th. He also is a knowledgeable and polite man (and will be going out on his own now). The day after my surgery Dr. Facundus came in and talked to me and checked me out. He's simply a wonderful surgeon. I'm glad that I chose him in the end, and I'd recommend him to anyone who is considering WLS. His office staff are nice and polite every time I've called, even though I've bugged the pants off of them. That goes a long way! "
