"My first impression of Dr. Houston was that he was young and confident, which was what I expected. That is still my impression of him. He office staff is very nice and accomodating.The thing I like least about him is I think he could be a little warmer personally, but this is a very small criticism, since his straight forwardness is likely important in dealing with his patients. Aftercare is very important, and he stresses that in order to be successful, I have to participate in all aspects, including support groups. I think he explained the risks of surgery very well and I would rate him a 10 overall. His surigical competence is better than his bedside manner, but that works for me. I felt at ease going into the surgery and in my aftercare up to now"
