Yes! 18.2 pounds down!

So, I haven't been weighing myself alot. Yesterday I was a cooking machine- i cooked turkey meatloaf, egg custard, salmon with poblano sauce and a lovely tuna salad. I wasn't able to walk the past 2 days and was feeling really guilty about that. So today I ate breakfast and then weighed myself. I kept telling myself, "Ok, you just ate, so keep that in mind...." I was expecting no weight loss, and found I had actually lost over 4 pounds! So spuer excited. So I am now down to 212. 12 more pounds and I will be in the one hundreds! Yippy!
