Well I have a date! How exciting is that. August 21st in Scottsbluff. I have waited and fought with insurance companies for three year and thanks to the staff at Western Surgerical Group it's finally happening. 
I am a little nervous, but I know I am doing the right thing.

I met with Dr. Forney on 6/12/07 everything went well. He seems very caring and hopefuly I will be having surgery soon.
