"My first impression of Dr. Ali was that of knowledgable and professional. My impression hasn't changed much but I like to had his sense of caring. The office staff is friendly and kind and always returned by phone calls when I would ask silly questions. Dr. Ali puts great emphasize on aftercare. He wants to see you in his office when you are to come in for an appointment, he wants to see you at support meetings. Dr. Ali addressed the risk of surgery to me in a professional manner and told me that risks are low. He was comforting. On a scale of 1-10.
