Well, much like most of the people on this board, I have been heavy since birth, lol....I am 39 years old
Well, 4th grade is when I started putting on the weight. Lived life as an overweight, but extremely active person.
I married in 1996, weighing 230, so my husband never "saw" me thin. I was about 210 when we met.
Had 4 daughters, via IVF, in '99, '01,'03,'05 all beautiful and healthy. during this time pregnant with 4 in a matter of 10n years, putting on another 60 lbs, woo hoo.
In 2007, decided , once I had all these health issue from being overweight, that it time to start taking care of ME. Proceeded onto trying to get financed for the Lap Band. My insurance stunk so I was a self pay. Grrrr
With our credit issues & low n behold , some goofy creditor, Capitol ONe decided I was worthy of $ $ 15000. Why, I don't have a clue. I couldn't get anyone else to lend us the money, it was a blessing in disguise, now I have had 6 in my lifetime, MY HUSBAND, MY 4 DAUGHTERS AND MONEY FOR SURGERY !
Had surgery Jan 29, 2008 and been struggling with this process since then. Today , as I write " my story" and in trying to keep it short, because I am looonnnngggg winded, lol, I DO BELIEVE I HAVE FINALLY HIT MY SWEET SPOT, AT LEAST FOR A WHILE. .
I finally have 5cc's in a 14 cc Allergan band.
