"My stay at Frye Regional Medical Center was excellent. The staff was wonderful and never once made me feel uncomfortable because of the type of surgery I had. They were supportive and interested in me and eager to help in any way I ask. Every nurse was cheerful and happy and truly seemed to enjoy their job and it made my experience there the best it could have possibly been. I was extremely happy with it."
"I met Dr. Cook and his staff today for the first time. I was very impressed with him and the others on the team. He was very nice and answered my questions thoroughly. I'm more determined than ever to have this surgery since I heard more about it. He and his team went over all the aspects...before, during and after surgery. I feel confident having them take care of me.
4/23/03 - Dr. Cook and his staff are excellent. I saw each of them while I was in the hospital and again today for my post-op visit. They are all friendly and caring and make me feel like they are very interested in me and my well being. The overall program is very structured and easy to understand. Each step is explained and then any questions are answered. My overall opinion of Dr. Cook and his staff are that they are excellent. I couldn't have made a better choice. As for surgical competence or bedside manner. Both are very important to me. You have to have trust in the surgeon to feel comfortable with him doing the surgery in the first place. Dr. Cook was excellent in both areas."
