Surgery

I had my Lap. VSG on 12-15-08. YAY!!!   The surgery went very well. Felt really good, not much pain. In my opinion, my C-section was worse. No major complications. Had trouble with my BP (due to a misdiagnosis by PCP), but once that was figured out I could be released and watch it at home. Have lost 30.5 lbs as of 1-27-09 and feel really good. Clothes are bigger and can dry mostly everything in the dryer now!!  I still have a long way to go as far as weight loss, but so far am very happy. Exercise is getting easier, well actually everything is getting easier day by day. I went from taking 5 BP pills a day immediately after surgery to ZERO BP pills as of 1-28-09!!   Yesterday at my 6 week checkup I got my pre-op measurements.....can't wait to see where I am at now. It feels great to be a LOSER!!!
