I had my surgery on July 11, 2002. I didn't get out the normal time of 3 days. I was in there for 9 days. I had a lot of nausea. Then I dehydrated. Then I had to have blood. And some tests. The second night, they almost had to trach me because I couldn't breathe. Then on Aug 8th I had to go back into the hospital because of nausea/vomiting and dehydration. It has almost been 2 1/2 years since surgery. Have lost 170 lbs. Started at 308 and am now at 140. Lost a whole person. Am feeling great. I am not on any meds. Just vitamins. Did get the hernea thing. So had that fixed and the tummy tuck June, 2004. Everything okay there. Today, I enjoy meeting people. Have a lot more energy. My husband is one terrific guy. He has been there for me the whole trip and is enjoying his new wife. I had my surgery on July 11, 2002. I didn't get out the normal time of 3 days. I was in there for 9 days. I had a lot of nausea.
