Jodie was out of surgery around 10 pm and is currently in recovery. She also had her hiatal hernia repaired. Our sister, an ICU nurse, is going to spend the night with her. Our parents, her husband, and her best friend are still waiting to see her. Hopefully, she'll be in her room by midnight. She's at Hermann Memorial City. Dr. Kadali is her doctor. Thank you for all your prayers. Keep her in your thoughts as she has a couple of tough nights ahead. Thanks. Jackie

Baby sister, you are in my prayers now and always as I love you so much. I believe that God is guiding your surgeon's hands and watching over you right now while you're in surgery. This surgery saved my life and hopefully yours too. Your sister, Jackie.
