  Total now at 130 lbs. feeling great....got a buzz haircut yesterday....why...LOL.  So now I do look very different!!!

Feeling great!!  I have no regrets at all...finding clothes that fit is my biggest consirn now..LOL  Currently checking in at 239 lbs. I work for NHDOT and my job is a breeze now with this weight loss. Dr. Looser says I'm doing great.
    I have noticed the weight is coming off slower now....I get stuck for weeks at the same weight then "poof" I drop 5 lbs. Is this normal??  Just had some egg whites for breakfast..with some water. 

   Well from 360 lbs. to 278 lbs. in 6 months is unreal. Starting to really feel good now. No issues...eating hasn't been a problem. My energy level is back and not as tired every day. Seem to have slowed down with my weight loss lately. Still pretty steady....

 Feeling much better...still have a sharp pain on my right lower side if I sit any length of time. Feels like a muscle or knot and I come out of it when I stretch my arms.

 Sleeping is still an issue...but that too is getting better. I was going to go back to work on Tuesday but I haven't seen Dr. Looser. I meet with him Tuesday so I might just take the rest of the week off and go back that much stronger.

I work at NHDOT so I need to have my strength back. I don't need to slip on some ice and pull something in my stomach or back.

  Eating 2 oz. of anything is so strange....lol. But I get full....weird as hell....

  As of today pre op and post op...I lost 60 lbs!!!!

 Still a little sore...had a couple dizzy spells...moving around more.  Thought I would have more energy by now. I'm getting there!!!

I got the call this morning while I was in a meeting. Dec.19th is my surgery date!!! It was like...ok...this is for real. I had to move some things around for Tuesday I see the surgeon again and then meet with staff at the hospital. I'm totally ready for this and look forward to moving on. Will try and keep this blog updated....

My first meeting with Dr. Looser was last Tuesday. My insurance info was sent and now I wait for the call. I will get a surgery date the next time I talk to them....I hope this coming week. Still seems like it will be months away but it could happen within 2 weeks.  I've lost 36 lbs sense Sept. 1st 2011 I needed to loose 18 lbs. 
     I planned on going out Friday and have my final meal but just couldn't do it. I ended up having chicken breast and a salad. I'm going to do this right.
