I have a date

Hello everyone, I have been on this site for awhile and got alot of information, read and looked at alot of before and after photos. I am not good about talking about myself that is why I haven't type anything and beside that my story is very much the same.
I have been over weight all my life and about 20 years ago I became type 2 diabetic and everything went down hill slowly. I have high blood pressure, eye problems, snore, now I have acks and pains in back and legs with a BMI of 39.
I enjoy playing sports and ice skating.
I have been looking into the surgery on-line, in books, watching T.V.( the discovery channel BIG Medici an), and talking with a friend that had it done.
I went to severally seminars and enjoyed talking too Dr. Trang in Einstein Hospital in Philadelphia and latter I found out it was my friends doctor.
After fighting with my insurance company I have a date. I go in on September 28, 2009.
Looking forward to my new life but scared that I will F**k it up some how and stay fat with type 2 diabetes.
