Today I weigh 251 lbs.I must say I have been at a stall for quite awhile & was getting down on myself.All those inner voices telling me "see even this won't work for you,etc"have been filling my head.I was told months ago I wasn't eating enough & was going to mess up my metabolism.Instead of fixing it then I had to get a 3rd job which made my situation even harder to manage.Sleep comes before eating right which I know is not good but I am always exhausted.I have been trying to eat more & the scale is beginning to creep down.I plan on rejoining the gym as soon as income taxes come back.that's another thing I haven't done in a loooong time.Being broke friggin blows

Well I just got back from Disney.Had an amazing trip.We all got along most of the time.Rode just about every ride in all 4 parks plus the ones in Sea World.Walked what felt like a million miles.I am so grateful for wls.I never coulda kept the pace had it not been for surgery.I fit on all the rides & in my plane seat.Noone seemed to stare at "the fat" lady.I felt like I blended in for the 1st time in a long time.I did have 1 drink.Man did it hit me.Thankfully I did not get sick.I did have a bite here & there of some really yummy desserts but it really was a few bites & that made me proud because I knew before I woulda shoveled in alot of food & ALL the dessert & now it's so unimportant.It's been an incredible year!Can't wait to see where the next one takes me!:)

At 6 months out I weigh 286.7 my BP is 118/68,chloesterol is 127.I turn 40 on the 19th & I weigh less then when I hit 30 so I guess that's good.I need to get back to the gym it's a bill I can't afford right now but since I just started a 2nd job I hope to get back soon.I've been walking alot but it's not enough.I am so happy to be where I am but part of me is disappointed that my results aren't better.Crazy I know because never in my wildest dreams could I have done this much in so little time without the help of Dr Pupkova & RNY.I thank God everyday for giving me a chance at getting back to the me that's been trapped inside.

I have finally made it to Twoderville YAY ME!!!!!!As of this morning my weight is 298.3.I can finally say I weigh 2 something.It's been like 13 years since I weighed this much.I am so thankful to Dr.Pupkova for saving my life.This has been the best choice.Next stop Onderland.Have a great day!

I still can't believe I am on the losers bench.As of today I am 71.6 pounds lighter than I was in September.I am amazed at how much food I bring home if I go out for dinner,yet also disgusted when I think that before wls I ate it all at one time plus an appetizer,beverage & sometimes dessert.I am so proud to be using this wonderful tool I have been given.It has been so worth every aggrevation I went through before surgery.

Well it's been actually been 18 days.I lost 14 lbs since surgery.I'm so glad to be on the losing side.I can't wait till I can return to my normal rotine at the gym.I'm heading back tomorrow just for the cardio part.

I can't believe I have made it to the losers bench.I never thought I'd make it.Barix is the best when it comes to surgery and care.I guess it was worth all the aggrevation of the red tape.That is all a faded memory now lol.I can't wait to heal so I don't hurt and clear liquids blow can't wait to start full liquids next week.But again it's well worth it.Can't wait to see the pounds disappear
