"When I first met Dr. Oh it was at his orientation. I was immediately drawn to his sense of humor! He really seems to care about his patients. I have only met with him one other time, and my impression of him has not changed.
Dr. Oh's staff is absolutely WONDERFUL!!! They are deeply concerned about my progress. They helped me get my surgery approved by the insurance company. They also have answered all of my millions of questions about this procedure. They are very good at calming my fears, most having had the surgery.
Dr. Oh emphasizes aftercare considerably. He will be seeing me monthly to make sure I am taking all of my supplements and taking my protein. He has a very structured aftercare program.
Dr. Oh informed me of the risks of my surgery. I also am aware of the risks of NOT having the surgery.
The one negative thing I have to say about Dr. Oh thus far is that he had to change my appointments. I think that this may have been beyond his control, however. I had one appointment changed two times -both times because Dr. Oh had to perform a surgery. It was frustrating for me to have to reschedule.
At our nutrition class the teacher said that Dr. Oh tells his patients to take all of the supplements and protein, but doesn't explain why it is necessary. The nutrition teacher told us why we had to take them, though."
