I have received a little speed bump in Journey to Lap-band surgery. I just found out from the Surgeons office I had chosen that my insurance it changing and I will have to pick a different physician for this procedure.
I was upset about this for about a week because I took a year to research, pray, talk and make sure this was the direction I wanted to go. After being upset I finally just realized the good LORD much have another plan for me. I will just have to leave it in his hands. I spent the next week researching the possible new Doctor. Yureeka! I think I found a Doctor and I am now scheduled to meet with him and his staff March 24th. They wanted to meet two weeks from now but because of the weather between where I live and where I will be seen, I needed to schedule it later. I sent them all that paper work I had to fill out for the previous physician. However, they did not seem to thrilled to have it since it had Scottsdale Broderics name all over it. I was just hoping it would get the ball running and it did. I have waited patiently to start the process. I look forward to the way when I can do all the little things I took for granted when I was thinner. For instance crossing my legs like a lady, skiing (water & snow), pulling myself up onto a horse and I don't here a big sigh from the poor beast and how I am hold off on the total excitement until I know it is real.
