onderland - Finally I am at 198.4. ** pounds lost since 12-6-2010 and a total of 131 pounds gone. Still need to lose 50 pounds for my goal.

NSV - I found my waist yesterday and did not even know I lost it.
Had my surgery in December and have my ups and downs and stalls but overall very happy.

Surgery Update - I saw my surgeon for 2 week check up. I lost 22 ponds and only have 125 to go. Incisions healing nicely and am off 2 more medications. I was taking 10 pills a day and now at 3. ...
