6 YEAR ANNIVERSARY

Well today is 6 years since my life changing surgery. Was the BEST decision I ever made.  I am doing great again.  I initially lost 90 lbs.  and was happy with that.  Over time, I fell back into old habits  and regained about 25-30 lbs )-:.  Good news is, I finally made the decision to get with it, and use the Wonderful TOOL I was given in the right way.  Well, now I am down a total of 125 lbs ! , smaller than I ever dared dream.  In the 6 years I have gone from a very  tight fitting size 26, to my very comfortable size 8's !   Enjoying life as a smaller and so much HEALTHIER person.   My best friend Dawn had the surgerey with me on the same day, which made things so much better for both of us.  She's looking and feeling great too..
Anyone thinking about the surgery, Go For It !  and to others that have had the surgery and had setbacks and backslides, just remember the  TOOL, use it wisely, and Good Luck !
When I get some time, I will post a new picture...  I barely recognize myself in this one.
