"When I decided to have weight loss surgery I attended several weight loss seminars around the area. Dr. George Woodman was clearly the most knowledgeable and competent surgeon in the MidSouth. I have a few friends who had sleeve gastrectomies through Dr. Woodman and they have done GREAT! When I had my surgery a couple of months ago it was a breeze. Was back to work in a week which was key for me. Dr. Woodman did an awesome job and I think he saved my life. I've already lost almost 50 pounds (still have about 70 to go) but I don't think it will be a problem. Much more active now. Eating really small portions.
