Well, I am 3 days post op and having a terrible time with swelling. The surgery went fine and I am all stapled up. Havent been able to sleep much because of the pain but it's not been too bad. I am going to call the doctor tomorrow to discuss the swelling. It started in the hospital and he was concerned about blood clots since I wasnt able to take heprin injections ( I am allergic). He ordered an ultrasound test on my legs but everything came back normal. I am probably retaining alot of fluid. I stepped on the scale this morning and didnt know what to think when it said I weighted 3 more lbs then I did pre-op! Taking it one day at a time. Thanks for everyone's warm wishes. It sure helps during my bouts of regret.
