Feeling Much Better

I'm feeling a lot better --- Getting my spunk back and getting my head back in the game......




        I found that preparing my meals and adding protein to my diet is easier than I  thought .       




I realized that I should not count on my protein shakes to get all the protein I need For the day 
 


                                                      but use it to fill for the protein that I didn't eat                                          




I made a great lunch yesterday 



                                                     2oz of Idahoan Instant mashed potatoes
                                                     2oz of Staggs Steak Chili
                                                     I blended the two ingredients
                                                     * A total of 13 Grams of Protein



                                 It tasted so good that my family wanted me to make it for them as well  




I love making up my own recipes for things and it made me feel good to make something that I enjoyed 

                                                       
                                                                         and didn't get sick from eating it
